These simple to make, hearty, but low carb homemade nachos are a perfect snack or meal.  Very satisfying and delicious, you never have to deprive yourself of chips if you're watching the carbs and your health.

In this recipe I use:

The tortilla recipe in this blog for the nacho chips

Ground beef
onions
garlic
cumin
oregano
salt
pepper
red sauce
chili red flakes
lettuce
tomatoes
avocados
sour cream
anything else you like to add to your nachos
