I just LOVE brussel sprouts now that I've perfected them to my liking.  I like them crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and tasty ofcourse without any sauce, almost like roasted potatoes.  This is what you will need:

One bag of organic brussel sprouts
A quarter of an onion
A half of a pepper
Bacon
2 tablespoons of either butter/tallow/ghee/coconut oil/avocado oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Red chili flakes

Seafood casserole over miracle rice, keto, low carb


This seafood medley is an easy, hearty, and deliciously healthy meal without all the carbs although it tastes carbolicious! here is what you will need:

Seafood (you can pick your own but I chose scallops, shrimp, langostine, and cod.
Mushrooms
Scallions
Garlic
Cilantro
Butter
White wine
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Pork panko crumbs
Miracle rice

Raos red sauce or one of your choice

parmesan cheese

Double it up with chocolate and more chocolate, yummmms.  All you need here is the following:

Almond flour- 2cups
Lakanto monk fruit sugar- 1/2 cup
pinch of salt
one teaspoon of vanilla extract
two teaspoons of almond extract
lilly's blood orange dark chocolate
one egg
8 tablespoons of softened butter
fig butter or any other jam you like

Ropa Vieja (old clothes in spanish) is one Cuban staple dish.  It's flank or brisket cooked till tender and then shredded, mixed with spices and sauce.  It is delicious in wraps, over rice or a salad.  Check out the ingredients you will need below:

1 lb of flank steak (for this video, but if you get a bigger piece just double up on the ingredients)
cumin
oregano
4 garlic cloves
a half of an onion
a half of a green pepper
a handful of cilantro
a half of a cup of red sauce
2 cups of bone broth
a half of a cup of beer
salt
