Seafood casserole over miracle rice, keto, low carb


This seafood medley is an easy, hearty, and deliciously healthy meal without all the carbs although it tastes carbolicious! here is what you will need:

Seafood (you can pick your own but I chose scallops, shrimp, langostine, and cod.
Mushrooms
Scallions
Garlic
Cilantro
Butter
White wine
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Pork panko crumbs
Miracle rice
